Low Carb Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice Mix
  • 1 each Atkins Cafe Au Lait Shake
  • 1/16 teaspoon Nutmeg, ground
  • 3 tablespoons Pumpkin, canned

Directions:

In a small sauce pan, whisk together Atkins Cafe au Lait Protein Shake with all ingredients and warm over medium heat. Warm until steaming but not boiling, pour into a mug, sprinkle with freshly ground nutmeg and enjoy!
This can also be enjoyed cold over ice. Chill a shake in the freezer for 60 minutes, until just starting to freeze. Blend together a chilled shake, canned pumpkin, and pumpkin pie spice. Pour over ice and sprinkle with nutmeg.
