Equipment note: We use a mini frother to make the dalgona style coffee for this drink. In lieu of a frother, you can make this recipe with an electric mixer or even with a ball whisk.
  1. Into a 12 to 16 ounce glass, place instant coffee, confectioners sweetener, and hot water. Use a mini frother to mix and whip until foam is formed and lightened, about 1 minute.
  2. Pour chilled Atkins Dark Chocolate Royale Shake into the glass with the coffee foam. Cut Atkins Endulge Crunchilicious Chocolate Bar lengthwise into sticks and use to stir your chocolate protein cloud coffee.
