Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon Sugar-Free Flavored Syrup - Caramel
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon, ground
  • 1 each Atkins Cafe Au Lait Shake

Directions:

Combine chilled Atkins Cafe au Lait Protein Shake, caramel syrup and cinnamon in a blender on medium speed. Add ½ cup ice (if desired) and pulse to crush. Serve cold.
