Keto Holiday Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/8 teaspoon Nutmeg, ground
  • 1 scoop (1 scoop= 31 g) Quest Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk Beverage, plain, unsweetened
  • 1/8 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Directions:

Blend all ingredients except ice until very smooth.  Pour over or blend with 1/2 cup of ice and enjoy.  Substitute brandy extract for the rum for a more authentic flavor.  If you are in Phase 2, 3 or 4 or Atkins 40 or 100 use 1 oz of brandy or rum to turn this into an adult beverage.
Note that any sugar-free milk such as almond, soy or cashew may be sustituted for the coconut.
