Ingredients:

  • 1 each Atkins Dark Chocolate Royale Shake
  • 3/4 cup Heavy Cream, liquid
  • 1 tablespoon Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Erythritol
  • 1/4 teaspoon Xanthan Gum

Directions:

Equipment note: You will need silicone ice pop molds for this recipe. Net carbs are based on 90mL (~3 fluid ounce) ice pops, and one serving will provide 1.5 ounces of cream, meeting the cream allowance for the day.
  1. Place Atkins Dark Chocolate Royale Shake and all additional ingredients into a high powdered blender and blend at half of full speed for about 2 minutes. The mixture should be a little frothy and very well combined.
  2. Pour mixture into silicone molds and place in the freezer until solid following silicone ice pop mold instructions. Enjoy within 2 weeks of freezing for best results.
